The pack comes with three bras. There is not padding in them which make it nice to wear while sleeping. They are very comfortable and hold the girls. Easy to pump in as well (only hands free pump though). The band that sits under the girls is stretchy and doesn’t rub. Will buy more of these. Also, I am a DD and bought larges. Fits good!
