This mic is goodWorks well for our club and didn’t break the bank.Me agrado cumplio mis expectativasThis is my 2nd set that I've had the other 1 lasted 5 years they sound good your voice singing sounds good For the money you cannot beat this I did not have one trouble in 5 years when the 1st set hopefully this will be the sameThis review is for the Pylepro pdwm3375 wireless handheld mic. At firts I was skeptical that this mic set and brand name would be any good than a more expensive brand. But I wan soo wrong! Im a mobile dj and I have always use wired (xlr) mics at my gigs. I was in the market for a wireless set. I found this Pyle product and after reading dozen of good and some bad reviews I decided to get it and give it a try. So far I have done 7 dj gigs where I have use this mic and I have'nt had any problems wit the mics (transmiter) or receiver. I interact wit the crowd on the mic and my customers as well give speeches and the sound is clear, no cut offs or static of any kind. I have tested distances of 10ft to 60ft away from the receiver and no problem at all. Price was the BIG plus, under $100 dlls for a set of two mics. Im lovin' this mics. The box (receiver) is made of plastic and looks decent. Is AC power. The mics (transmiters) are made of plastic as well but look great, not a expensive look but a good quality look. They required 2AA batteries. Manufacture includes a pack of four but I think they are only for testing the product when you receive it. They dont last more then 30mins. I bought 4pack of duracell batteries and Im still using the same pack after the 7 gigs I have done. In conclusion, this products has work great for me and is a great deal for the price. I hope this review helps some of you and I will update if anything starts to go wrong any time soon.Decent sounding microphones. I have used them for wedding ceremonies and DJing the wedding receptions. Very simple operation, the switch is either on or off. Some microphones have standby, and you have to hold a button to turn them on or off, these are just simple and easy. Takes about 1.5 seconds between flipping the switch on and when they will actually start working which is typical for most microphones. Volume can be adjusted for each channel on the receiver and the microphones can each be set to their own channel. Output from the receiver is one channel either 1/4 TRS or XLR. The downside is that everything is plastic. These are inexpensive microphones so something have to give and for these guys, its their durability. I take very good care of mine and have not had any problems yet but the microphones and the receiver all use plastic shells. Do not drop the mic. I needed to build a DJ setup on a budget and these were exactly what I was looking for. They are not the best microphones, but they are a good value for their price point.Bought this set up for quarterly work presentations and so far not good. Bought 4/26/2017, used once worked fine (early May 2017), second time (June 2, 2017) one microphone didn't work at all. Opened a Help Desk Ticket (6/5/2017) at Pyle and they determined I had a bad Microphone. It took 2 months to get through the warranty process and finally get a new microphone (8/4/2017) and it didn't fix it, although they did graciously waive the $7 shipping charge. Now it appears it was a bad receiver this whole time. Now I get to box it up and send it to them to work on, shipping to and from at my expense! GREAT! I suppose they will just keep stringing me along until it is out of warranty and then I will just throw it away and buy a better product. Do yourself a favor and buy a better product to start with. After I factor my time during work hours chasing this, not having it working when I need it, and now shipping charges I could have bought much higher quality professional set up and saved a lot of headache.I wish I could have returned when it broke after first use but it isn't used that often, only every other month at best and it was just 2 weeks past the Amazon 30 day return window. I guess the name Pyle should have been spelled differently and been far more accurate. After fighting to get this system repaired and sending it back to get fixed it finally was returned in late August - 2 months after I submitted the first ticket at Pyle for the warranty repair. I tested and it worked, both sides, both mics. Today 10/26/17 I got it out to set up for a presentation - first time since returned and the B side on the receiver is dead. OMG! It has been in the original box in a storage closet (climate controlled) for 2 months and once again it is broken! It has only been used successfully 2 times since it was purchased! I will have to fight again to get this fixed AND pay shipping to get it done. Likely I will have to buy another system, I can't keep dealing with this junk. Wanted this to use only 4-5 times a year for company presentations and I have spent untold hours trying to get this fixed. This setup has everything you'll need to go wireless except for an XLR cable. My experience is that it was necessary. Switching to a balanced XLR cable was the main reason I did not return this unit. Once I plugged an XLR cable from the PylePro PDWM3375 receiver into my amplifier, noise and clipping stopped.I loaded the mics with fresh batteries and has one microphone shut down repeatedly. Instead of returning the setup, I ordered another one to see if this is common and to insure that I would at least two working mics for a talent night. Well when the new unit arrives I setup the original unit and found the fresh batteries were actually defective and now I'm the happy owner of four mics and two receivers, which are all running on separate channels.I had already purchased a PylePro LAVALIER mic PDWM96, (I think that's the product code). The price for that unit was super low and after using it for a year straight, it works great.
