I bought these for CrossFit where I usually need a light-medium hold for my c cup, but these were way too light a hold. I needed to adjust these during workout all the time. I started using them as a bralette instead for everyday and I find that that's a much more appropriate use. I now use them around the house or under muscle Ts and they're great for that.
