The first set of headphones/earbuds I received did not charge and could not pair with my Android phone. The case charged just fine. I returned it and got a replacement. These charged and paired with my phone after about 6 tries, taking them out and putting back into the case, pressing my phone's Bluetooth setting multiple times before they paired, not a good start.I mostly use the earbuds to listen to audio books when I am out fishing or hiking. I found these earbuds to be too sensitive, just a light touch to either ear (not directly on the earbud), when adjusting my sunglasses, caused the sound to pause so I had to start it again, which then triggered the backtrack or forward feature which was frustrating. On a recent fishing trip, the sound went off after about 4 hours. No warning, unlike my old earbuds that would tell me its battery was low. I thought it might have been a low power issue, but instead of charging them in the case, I gave up on trying to listen to my book because of the other issue below.The Bluetooth connection was not very good outdoors. The range was much shorter than my old and lower priced earbuds, one of which unfortunately dropped into the bay, hence my search for a replacement. When there were gusts of wind or when I turned my head away from my phone even when it was close by, the sound would fade on and off. I did some research and found that wind does not affect Bluetooth but movement caused by wind or by head turning might have affected the Bluetooth hardware in the headphones. The only time when I did not have Bluetooth problems was when I was in a room or the kitchen. In that environment, the sound was actually decent.Unfortunately, I don't have a picture for this because I let my husband try them out and he ended up leaving them in the vehicle, which is at a mechanic right now.But he did use them for several days and he was not happy with them at all. He has a Umidigi android phone and whenever he went to use them for music, he had so many problems with the connection with the Bluetooth. Plus, when he first opened them, the right ear bud was constantly disconnecting from the case and therefore was difficult to get it to charge. When using them, the Bluetooth was also constantly getting disconnected when playing music. It ended up that the only way he could get it to work properly and not disconnect, was to just make sure he held his phone upright and about 1-2 feet in front of him. If he moved his phone at all, then the bluetooth would disconnect again.So after several days of this, he finally just got completely fed up with messing with it and ended up just using his old pair of over the ear headphones instead.I honestly don't know if this issue is due to the type of phone that was used or if this is a problem with the earbuds themselves. I have not had a chance to use them myself because like I said, they're in the car which is at the mechanics right now. Once I'm able to use them with my phone, if they actually work fine, I will happily change my review for them no problem. So for now, just beware if you are looking to get these.I didn't mind ordering these. They were beyond great in value. But so worth it.My teenager needed new earbuds pretty desperately, and these have been great.The charge lasts a long time. They fit very well in my daughter's ears, using the smallest of the three earcaps. The controls - you tap either earbud to pause or play, which is really convenient. Tapping the right earbud twice takes you the next track, and tapping the left earbud twice takes you to the previous track. Holding your finger on the right/left turns the volume up/down. Very easy and useful.After the initial setup, which was easy, pulling an earbud out of the case turns it on and it automatically connects it to the phone. This is my daughter's favorite part.She has used these while just hanging out doing art in her room, and while running. It stays in place while running, which is excellent. She listens to music and audiobooks and is pleased with the sound for both.
