The keyboard feels nice and isn’t too loud. The mouse is really loud tho and feels cheaply made, so I decided not to use it. But my main gripe is that I ordered this specifically because the bottoms of the keyboard and mouse were supposed to be red with the black tops, but what I got was black on black. The model numbers match, but the pictures posted online are false advertisement. Tbh I probably would’ve ordered something else had I not SEEN the black on red theme to match my setup.I use this in my classroom and it is amazing! It helps me be more portable and takes away two more chords from my desk! The only problem is the mouse will glitch sometimes, but it might be my battery too. Overall great product!It is loud while usiingUpdate 08/17/21: So I did have some trouble with the keyboard back in March of this year. I kept trying to get the keyboard to work, and a friend suggested a few things. After a series of additional troubleshooting attempts, we were able to get the keyboard up and running. My friend and I are still not 100% sure what the issues was, but it’s possible that the coil that makes contact with the battery came a bit loose, as it seemed to start work once he did something to it. That being said, I was never contacted by the sellers to help, as far as I am aware. So that’s iffy…Since the issue I had, that lasted a week and resulted in my review in March 2021, I haven’t had any further issues and am happy with the purchase.I still say that this set leaves a bit to be desired with regards to durability, but I’m changing my rating from 2-4 stars for now, since it’s up and running and everything is honestly extremely affordable. It was, and is, exactly what I was looking for. (except the color, lol. I guess that’s minimal though.)I would recommend this to others if asked, and I will likely buy again should I need another at this point.Original Review 03/01/21: I purchased this set to allow for easier use of my work laptop as this keyboard not only had a number pad, but my trackpad left a desire for cleaner manipulation. I order this around June 10, 2020. Unfortunately, it’s March 01, 2021, and the keyboard is no longer working, but the mouse still does.I have tried various troubleshooting options including; removing and reinserting the usb plug; turning off the device from my devices/drivers menu; switching out the batteries; wiping down battery connectors in the keyboard to ensure proper circuit/contact is established; online keyboard shortcuts to deactivate the keyboard?So far, nothing has worked and I now only have the working mouse as the keyboard has just died. Although this seemed great quality, and like the price was too good to pass up; it turns out that it’s too good to be true. This hasn’t even lasted me the year, and I’ll need to buy another set so I don’t have to plug in the two devices separately and use up two USB slots.Sad that this didn’t work out better, but I’m willing to try and troubleshoot some more before I give up if the manufacturer contacts me. Hopefully I get a response to try and fix the keyboard.Other than this issue, the set worked great, and I was very happy with it. =^\ what a shame it isn’t durable.I bought it because of the pink and white color. Also because it is nice size for me. Pleasantly surprised not to have to turn mouse on and off. Just click with index finger and it lights up. it goes off when computer does.I'd buy it again and probably try some of the Reccazr other products.Just purchased this set as a backup replacement for my home office, wanted a pop of color and it's super cuteIt’s not quiet like the description says but I love this wireless mouse and keyboard combo. I work from home and I don’t use the keyboard on the laptop I was given. I have a wireless headset, and a wireless mouse buy this combo was even betterAt first these both worked great. After a few weeks, the mouse started having issues. I changed the batteries. Still would hesitate or not work at all. These are on a computer that gets used less than 2 hours a week. The last few times I tried using the mouse, it wouldn't work at all even with new batteries. The keyboard is still going strong.So - I got 2 years of service from the mouse that was recommended on the site - very few hours of service in this time span - regrettably this product is junk - I never had a mouse wheel fall off. I even opened itI - it was perfectly clean inside - just flimsily made so the mouse wheel stopped working and came off!!Equally surprised by Amazon Customer service - too bad,so sad - they said this to this prime member - as you know . us Canadians with Prime got shafted by no Prime Days this year - they had it in America , but Canada is a Third World Country - so we must be content with a few crumbs from Amazon...if any. I remember the past Amazon Canada - I had an i phone cable fail about a year ago - and they sent me a replacement - and the price here was about the same - but...no more..Just a friendly warning - what to expect - for both the manufacturer who sells junk on Amazon Canada, plus the “new” dismissive attitude of Amazon Canada Customer Service.This unit was a replacement for another keyboard that had weird raised keys that I couldn't get used to and my life has been blessed! The size is compact and the keys have a very satisfactory feel - not too flush like laptop keys and not super raised like standard keyboards. I can type really fast with less typos. The mouse is also really comfortable in my small, female hand. I love that they both work off one USB thingamabob so it only uses one port on my laptop. The white and teal colour is just the icing on the cake.Great set! Love the colours. The enter key is a little too far to the right so I have to stretch my pinky to hit it but to be honest I was surprised I got used to it so quickly and barely notice now...The only other issue is that the battery compartment on the keyboard is very hard to open.Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase.The mouse only lasted a few months and it went uncontrollable, it opened like 50 browsers and my poor puter had to be restarted. Same thing happened again but not never with the new mouse I have now. The keyboard works fine but is not tilted enough for my liking. I also dont like pressing the FN key for like the volume etc.Super cute. Not great for quite office or to take into a meeting (definitely got a lot of looks whenever I clicked on anything), but not loud enough to be an announce for home use. The mouse doesn’t have an option to turn off so I find my battery runs out much faster than my college who can turn her mouse off at the end of the day.
