Charger works great. Mine didn’t come with the two screen protectors as advertised. Hence only a four star rating.It's fast but doesn't charge as fast as the charger that shipped with the watch.Stays at 99% forever when charging. Definitely not same quality as buying another Fitbit oneThe longer charging cable is more convenient when travelingFirst, the charging dock is fine. For convenience (& always knowing where it is) I have it on a shelf next to the bed. The charger alone is a 5-star product.Now about the two free protective covers... these are easy to install and do protect the face of the smartwatch. However, because they are flexible and not very tight, they also come off easily. In two weeks I had already lost both of the protective covers. Not good. The covers alone would be a 1-star item because they just don't stay in place.Works really well, just remember to remove the face cover before charging won’t fit on the charger otherwiseGreat replacement for a lost Versa 2 charger. I do like that you can charge with the screen protector on, however, the cover fell off during dormal use.I now use my old screen protector for daily use and swap for the one that came with the charger to protect the screen while charging (cat likes to knock things around on the nightstand).The charger is fine and works great but I mainly chose this one because it says you can charge with the protector screen on but you can’t. I still have to remove it for it to charge.This arrived fast and worked perfectly. I do not understand why the original charging dock for the Fitbit Versa was made the way it was. It didn't need a genius to see that having the charging lead coming from the side of the object instead of underneath it was far better and more practical. I think even a child would have worked that one out, so why couldn't the designer of the original charger work it out? Now my Versa can sit right side up, without sitting on its face, or precariously on it's side while it's charging. I hope the makers of this new charger earn lots of money from it. Serves Fitbit right for being so ridiculous.Bad pointsI so hoped these were the answer to a cover for my Fitbit versa 2 but sadly no!You get two in the pack. The first one kept falling off or catching in eg bedding during the night, and coming off. The plastic marks easily and shows every finger print. When washing hands you have to take the watch off otherwise water can get between the cover and the watch face which is annoying.Good pointIt does charge with the included charge unit with the face cover on.I wouldn’t recommend this. Maybe we should all appeal to Fitbit to make a versa type watch with a squared off face rather than a curved face. So far I have not found any face protectors that work well sadly.Charger connection to my Versa 2 not as good as others I have (had to make sure connection points were very clean) and I am not happy with the cover, it keeps falling off randomly. I could see it coming off it your sleeve or something catches it (not that other brands I have have ever done that), but mine keeps falling off moving my arm, when sleeping, etc.This charger was bought to replace one I lost. However, I could never keep a good connection and got the message on my phone: NOT CHARGING. Not enough power detected from the source. I use multiple USB adapter and had the same problem. Also, the contacts seem to be on the wrong side of the charger, making the watch slope down and away from the viewer when in the charger. Do Not recommend.So frustrating! I pulled my fitbit out of the woodworks but couldn’t find the original charger. I ordered this one and it would not charge while plugged into an outlet. I plugged it into my laptop and it keeps chiming every couple of seconds with “connect and disconnect”. It has been plugged in for 3 hours and still will not move past 5%! I will keep trying but for the quality it is better to buy the $25 original fitbit charger.
