This charging pad works well and the pattern is cute. I plug it into the clock on my nightstand and put my phone on it to charge when I go to sleep. I was using a black AT&T pad before. It turned blue around the edge when I put my phone on it but turned off after 10 or 20 seconds. The blue light around the edge of this one goes on and off in 5 or 10 sec intervals until the phone is charged. Very annoying in a dark room when you're trying to go to sleep.
