Bought this battery charger refurbished but looks and works like new. I own two gas generators and since they're not run periodically, it's important to maintain the batteries charged to make sure they last. A battery that sits too long without charging it may develop sulfates that could create a short in a cell which could permanently damage the battery. This charger may prevent that damage and possibly prolong the battery's life. I hooked both batteries to this charger at the same in parallel mode and so far it has maintained both of them fully charged. In conclusion; bought this charger refurbished, saving a few dollars. It has worked fine for me thus far and based on my results I recommend it.
