It took a day or two to get used to this very different mouse, but I'll never go back to a traditional flat one.In the first week of use, a problem I'd had for years (cold right hand & wrist due to poor circulation) just went away. All those hours twisting my (R) hand counter-clockwise to use a regular mouse must have been impeding blood flow.The fact that it's fast, quiet, programmable and silky smooth feels like a bonus. I'd keep it even if it were as clunky as my old mouse, just for the ergonomics.Highly recommended for small-medium hands. If I had large hands I'd buy their other model, which I expect is similarly good.
