This has better audio quality than the other one I bought. Battery lasted all school day (about 7 hrs) on one charge.very poor instructions. After assembling the voice amplifier I could not get any sounds.The clip is useless, dropped it 20 times in 1 weekend. The rest is amazingI've used the device as a voice amplifier for my 25 student classes and it has worked perfectly. One problem I've found is feedback sound can be rather annoying. Keep the device as far as possible from the mike.Very small & compact but really projects.The unit falls off of me when I move around. It needs a stronger clip.The microphone does not pick up as well as advertised. You must basically made out with the microphone for it to catch your voice, this blocking speech reading. The headset interferes with glasses, masks, and hearing aids. Wearing on your neck guarantees that sound will not be transmitted.The sound IS distorted and the unit loves to amplify breath and feedback squeals.Wearing the unit on your hip guarantees that the sound is not at an optimal location for listening. You will remember it's there, as it's the size of a 90s walkman or disman. Users with podiums or desks will block all sound unless placing it at neck level. The neck strap is a good option, but it is a heavy neck gadget. Hip clip is cheap plastic.This unit would be great as a short term fix as a bullhorn for events. It sounds like a bullhorn. In the classroom or office, the sound quality is obnoxious. You should consider actual classroom designed amplification systems that might also be compatible with other listening technology.Overall, it's a cheap fix for some settings. There are better resources that will be better received by users.I like that it is easy to use, fast to charge and inexpensive.Not worth the price. Sound quality is poor.
