I would like to update my review.The Customer service of RORTY send me a new one and this one didn’t have same battery problem like that one I had with.More than that, I am very impressed with the customer service of RORRY. They sincerely care about their customers and Felt like they’re trying to do their best for the customer satisfaction.Now , I am very satisfied with the new one they resented to me and I also satisfied with customer service so I changed my reviews to five stars.FYI: I definitely suggest to use the original charge from box to charge, Because it needs to be over 9v to charge. So you won’t have any problem.The 1st review-The concept was great. However, for some reason, it didn't charge one night even it was on the base, back up battery doesn't charge well and slow to charge. I took this with me on travel, it was useless. I saw negative review but I took a chance to see other good reviews. But now I understood those people who left negative reviews. It charges AirPods and Apple Watch well, though. However, the most importantly, I bought this device for extra battery for travel and did't charge my phone well and kept stopping saying " it postponed charging because the phone's temperature is too hight or something. Meaning this mobile battery heated up my phone. So I ended up giving low evaluation for this device.
