I am normally a 36DD and breastfeeding I’m somewhere in the ballpark of a 38DDD/F and I got an XL. I might have been able to go with a large but the XL ensured better coverage. This gives pretty good coverage (no nipple slippage when bending over) but absolutely no support if you are wanting that. It’s a great sleeping and breastfeeding bra, but will not hold either type of breast pumps in place if you want to go hands free. It’s also slightly scratchy but not uncomfortably so.
