This charger came out of a retailer in Arizona and a couple of the settings internally were wrong. Lester Technical support fixed the issues over the phone and helped me get it correct. This charger is for bypassed OBC carts and does a great job both charging and maintaining the batteries. Yes it costs more than their competitors, but high quality American Tech support is worth the extra money.
