I personally don't wear bras for the sake of shaping. I mostly only ever wear them for comfort, because feeling them touching my skin around my ribcage area is a really strong sensory issue for me.I would probably best fit a 2XL, and I wish the bigger options were available to me. But the stretch on these is so good that I do fine with a regular XL. I have some in a size S that I've had for many years and even kind of stretched out to still fit, I just wanted to be more comfortable and get a new one. Always the same brand, fits wonderfully.Someone mentioned that for bigger boobs, these don't offer support. I'll have to kindly disagree. This isn't a sports bra, so it's not meant to lock them in place if I'm running. It holds them up and away from touching other skin, and that's all I need it to do!I also have nipple piercings that always feel just fine with these, so I also recommend it for my pierced gals for how gentle it is.
