The product was the correct one and it arrived quickly. The date code was recent. This is for home use and was purchased one month ago so the longevity rating is 3 rather than "I don't know", but I would guess that it will work fine for me for years.My MAC charger took a dirt nap in the forever box. It's all the same, seeing how DeWalt makes MAC batteries/chargers/toolsI bought this for my SO for an anniversary present and he loves it. It works very well.I’ve only recently bought this but have used it to charge my dewalt drill battery which had its battery die at an inconvenient time. This had me back up and running fast. Good for DIY, probably too small for pro use (they have double chargers for job sites. No issues.Just like the one that came with the power tool!It arrived super early. It only took two days for it to arrive even without Prime shipping. It looks brand new and has no indications of damage! The manual is included as well!Definitely mentioned before, but make sure to click your battery in. Thank you for the great customer service.Ordered this thinking it would be the DCB113 or if luckily enough the DCB115. Charger arrived in a plain white box labelled DCB113, when opened it was a DCB112. I didn’t really think there would be much different until I searched it on dewalt’s website and it says 2amp output charger and it will charge a 4ah battery in 2 hours which is too long to wait. Now onto the charger it’s self, it looks genuine from the front but when you turn it over and read the back stickers it’s doesn’t compare to any of my other dewalt chargers, completely different font, size and colour. I’ve currently got it plugged in charger a 4ah battery and it does smell, not sure if it’s because it’s new but it does have a slight burning smell and noise. I won’t be keeping this as I think it is fake and a fire hazard. I should have just ordered a charger from ffx and not had any problems.The item you will receive is not at all the one you see is listed....they will send you the one who's charging maximum 18v and is not the US one at all....the one listed is the original 110v input and maximum 20v charging ability but the one you will receive is 230v input and maximum 18v charging ability...!!!! Not recommendedThe charger arrived with out its original package, packed in a paper bag, see picture.It looked refurbished,When i used it for the first time the charger had a burning smell .I contact amazon service and will have it sent back for a refund.Not happy that what I ordered is not what I received. Waste of my time.I ordered DCB115 in the pic but received DCB115 different to picture and description says DCB113.I need 20v and this is not :(As you would expect with DeWalt this does the job as it should. It is a relatively light plastic so would be wary of drops or using on site but at home charges fast and lets you know when the battery is charged. Everything I need in a charger.
