Would be better if I could get Hulu on it but with my long drive everyday I’ll take Netflix!Box has to be plugged and unplugged multiple times to be able to touch the screen to control the unit !Doesn’t work for my car after askingSo it was working great at first i loved it but after i unplugged it for a weekend it just never cut back on and stopped working in every vehicle i tried to plug it into tried calling customer service but they were on some holiday break.This is great for doing most of the tasks that a normal tablet can do. Watching video is a little more of a challenge. I'm not able to use most of the streaming apps and it would be nice if I could control video and sound delay (I have not found a work around yet). A usb port for a flash drive would also be nice. I will say though there is more to like than dislike. Love this thing it's great.I am very happy with the purchase. I tried on my 2020 Jeep wrangler, and it worked flawlessly. Tried on my 2916 GMC 2500 and had some issues. I contacted the seller and he walked me through the steps to update the box and now I'm a happy customer. Their support was A+. I would recommend this to all my friends.I like the features for the most part, but audio/video does not sync up when watching video, and there’s apparently no way to fix it. There is basically NO support or customer service after several attempts. When using the box on a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali with an iPhone, there is no icon for the box on the infotainment system, and the icon for CarPlay no longer allows access to the Apple menu, it is now going to the AI box which means no control for podcasts and texts do not show on the screen etc. If there was customer service to rectify these issues, this box would be great, but as it stands now, I am looking forward similar products so I can send this one back!
