Pros: Very simple to use. Good range. Doesn’t take up much space (important on a food truck). The hand held unit is very small.Cons: Range can be affected by the placement of the base. Near the window is best.This beats the heck out of yelling out the window! Customers receives their food order quicker.Pagers are not loud enough and do not vibrate hard enough. I use them on my food truck, when a customer puts one in there pocket they dont feel or hear it. Also I dont like that it can be turned off by pushing the button on the side either on purpose or by accident. A nice feature would be a more aggressive vibration and a tone that gradually increases after a few minutes or when the pager number is pushed again and remove the off button.Complete waste of money!!! Only worked for two months and then completely stopped. Company is useless too!!! Can't reach them.Have 2 pager not working and no way to contact companyWorks as expectedCrap Didn’t even have this a month and the number two pager quit working and now 3 months in and over half aren’t working! Total crap!Antenna is cheap and pager system quit working after 2 months...Garbage product won’t even last the whole day, stops paging, we have to go out and find customers because it doesn’t work half the time.....Parfait pour les restaurants, fontionne super bien!
