The instruction manual has a different set of screws than what's included. There's really 4 main mounting holes on each piece, for 8 identical screws. The included hardware is 5 of one type, 3 of a second, and 1 of a third, which is also what's shown in the Amazon pictures at this time. The instructions are in chinese, so don't count on th er m, you better know how to do this kind of thing yourself. There's nothing wrong with the brackets themselves if you get your own hardware, but most people will be very unhappy with getting the wrong hardware and terrible instructions.
