My son purchased these because Cochlear America has failed to design the new processor, Kano, with rechargeable batteries. Unfortunately, this system doesn't work very well. My son had charged the batteries, returned them to their original packaging and went out for the day. When his batteries were dead he went to put in the newly charged batteries but they had discharged somehow. It's terribly frustrating for him.Why doesn't the 675 battery fit in the charger?
