I love my earbuds! It fit my small ears without hurting. Sound quality is not as good as my larger earbuds (that hut my ear but better sound quality) but I can wear these much longer. Because I like to hear my environment, I only use one earbud and just switch earbuds when it needs to be charged. I can use one earbud as the other one charges and alternate like this for a long time, as long as I remember to charge my case.I have to say that the customer service has exceeded my expectations. I contacted the company wanting assistance cuz the light wasn't working right (my fault), but it appeared the sound and mic were still fine. I contacted them after the return window closed. The company still helped me to reset the earbuds (2 ways). And when that didn't resolve my issue, they went above and beyond my expectations to have well functioning earbuds! I am impressed (as I have had experiences with companies that won't even hear my concerns.) I truly treasure companies like this one! Hope others have a similar experience with this company!They arrived quickly and were nicely packaged. They arrived charged to 83%, which was nice. I did charge them to 100% before using, and they attached to my phone without an issue. I had read one comment that said they came without a charging cord, but there is a cord and extra bud covers in a black box inside the package. The case illuminates to show the charge percentage for each bud. The sound quality is good...a little different than Apple earbuds in that the treble is higher when listening to Spotify, but the base can be adjusted for Apple Music on the iPhone. For phone calls, the buds work great. Sound coming in was clear and my voice could be heard clearly. The noise cancellation worked well.Best $16 I ever spent on sale but I lost 1 ear piece. Would be cool if they had a way to make it beep if you are looking for 1. ..... the noise canceling is about a 7/10 which is actually a bad thing because the reason I lost my ear piece, my family won't stop talking to me LMAO so now I'm out an ear piece, because I had to keep removing one to hear, and 1 works just fine for a podcast and I still do get noise reduction. It's a great set and holds a charge really well in the box, its been weeks and I have only charged the box 1 time. All you have to do is return the ear piece to the box, meaning it's rechargeable but completely wireless except once or twice a month you need to charge the box.As someone with small ear openings, earbuds of every kind tend to fit awkwardly and roll out easily - not these! The smallest silicon pads fit perfectly and they stay put.The sound quality is fantastic, and while I wouldn’t call these noise canceling, they’re a very practical everyday level of noise canceling. (Eg, I still need to know if there’s a car approaching when I’m walking, so I don’t want full noise cancellation.)Having a physical button on the earbud is much more tactile and predictable than some “tap to control” models I’ve used.The battery life is unbeatable. I get 5-6 charges from the case after using the earbuds for 4+ hours each use, before needing to recharge the case. I’ve never had the earbuds die on me in those 4hr stretches either. The case charges pretty quickly.One thing to note is that it’s not a standard micro-usb charger so you’ll probably have an extra little cord to keep up with.Great price. GreT sound. Earbuds have about 6 hours use before recharging. Case has about 5-6 charge capability.Down side is the earbud soft rubber insert has a tendency to fall off and be lostI've had these headphones for about 3 months now and I love them! Still working quite well. Connects pretty fast to whatever device. Definitely works better with a phone than a laptop. I noticed when connecting to my laptop they disconnect and reconnect about 5 times in an hour. The battery lasts surprisingly long though, for both the case and the earbuds. I work 8 hour shifts and one bud can last about 6-7 hours. I've only really charged the case about once a week.I was very worried about this purchase but so happy that I took the chance. I have only been using the left ear of this and the first time I took it out of my ear I was so surprised at how noisy it was around me. Great purchase!It’s hard not to love these earbuds, the value alone is tremendous. Nevertheless it is the sound that will blow your socks off. Cheap is good, but value is better and these are a great value.
