Unless you need high end fidelity or speak to a very soft spoken person as you exercise these head phone are a good deal. I can maintain reasonable situational awareness, hear the music on my phone clearly and carry on an occasional conversation without sacrificing stereo. The only drawback was I had to replace the first pair I bought cause my wife claimed them.
