Holds phone great and easy to install. Can't seem to get it to charge consistentlyBest by far. To many knock off brands out there that don't last. Highly recommend 10/10 customer service!::Updated Review Original Review Below:::: Was 1 star updated to 3 star::The company did replace the defective product and it was done very promptly even amid the headaches of dealing with shipping in the current state of everything. The replacement product works as advertised and I am very pleased with the product as it is everything they said it was. Unfortunately there customer service representative (CSR) that I dealt with has soured taste for the company as a whole. I asked for time to evaluate and make sure that the replacement product was acceptable and working properly before we moved forward with any of the options that were offered and before I updated this review. Then almost daily I would receive an email asking me to update or delete the review because my one little negative review was the hinge point of the CSRs keeping their job or getting fired. It happened for a month straight while trying to evaluate the product. I really really really wanted to like this mount. The fit on my Note20 Ultra is perfect and it will charge the phone even while using Bluetooth and running my media, when it wants to. From day one I have noticed that unless you are driving on glass with no engine and hovering 3 feet above it the vibrations alone will knock it in and out of charging. Even sitting still with the engine idling is sometimes capable of doing it to. I have tried it with and without the Otterbox case, which works fine on my 3rd party charging pads at home, and no matter what it will not maintain connection. I have tried everything I can short of taking it apart and readjusting the hardware. I drive for a living and get so frustrated that I'll leave it unplugged and use it as fancy phone holder and that's it,just plugging my phone in directly to my USB cable. If it keeps it up though I may just fling it out the window going down the road.So I installed it a week ago,was going great, but I bumped it while getting out of the car today and the whole right arm became lose.after inspecting it I found that the gears that drive the two arms are very very weak. It is easy to damage it to the point that it no longer contracts onto your phone.for reference I have used the autoDrive phone charger for over a year and never had a problem.... the only reason I came to this charger is because of the larger size.Decent charger, type c port is nice. Stops charging once in a while, easy fix is to unplug/ plug in chargr port. Very wobbly!!! With the back nut as tight as it goes, the phone mount can move very freely. Also vent clip was not included in the boxThese are good enough to keep me buying them regardless of how expensive they are. The separate adhesive patch holds onto the pebble-finish dash of my daughter's car no matter how hot it gets inside, which is very impressive. We love how easy it is to pop your phone in and out and still have it charging. I did have a "D'oh!" moment when I thought the open/close mechanism was failing, and then realized it is driven by a rechargeable internal battery that had run low when I'd left it unplugged.I bought it for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves it
