I really wanted to like this charger. The design is simple and elegant and the potential for a great product is clearly there. There are a few important deficiencies though. First, the magsafe magnets do not work well with the iPhone mini, the phone slips askew from the charger even when not using a case; this is really a combination of the magnets and the protruding camera on the phone hitting the charger at an angle. The vendor provides a separate magnet that attaches to the iPhone to help with this issue but it was really disappointing to find out that this basic feature doesn't work well for the mini. Second issue is with the Watch charger, for whatever reason the Watch heats up quite significantly when charging. This tells me that the charger has low efficiency (at best) or may even damage the Watch battery (at worst). As a result I decided to return it.
