I think I’d buy brand new and not refurbished next time especially being an electronic like beats. I thought I’d save a few bucks and item came without power box (for charging)What I like best is the amazing sound. What I like the least is the vault like bullet proof packaging. It’s good but I couldn’t get it apart to find the instructions and cables. Almost sent it back guessing that the cables were inadvertently left out. I never would have bought them for myself because of the ridiculously high price. However, after using them, I must say they have exceeded my expectations for sound quality and clarity. I am hearing impaired, and must use headphones with my hearing aids instead of the earphones that go into the ear. Very impressed!These were a gift for my spouse. He is very satisfied w/the product. As for myself, I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived sooner than expected. They were a gift and actually arrived before the scheduled date and in time for his birthday.The first pair I purchased one of the ear phones didn't work and I sent it back for a new one and they charged me more than I was charged for the first pair...Beats is always my go-to brand for headphones.Great sound quality. The Bluetooth works well and has not disconnected from the source when I go from one room to the next.Best earphones I’ve ever bought. As a DJ, having a loud device is important. These provides crystal clear sound.I bought these because they're the only wireless over ear headphones with a nice round shape that don't make your head look weird, plus they can be folded up. Sound is fine but the quality of the material is dreadful. I've hardly used them, yet the black finish is already coming off and there are lots and lots of scratches. I don't have long finger nails, I never dropped them, I always carry them inside a soft bag, so the only explanation for this is that it's very cheaply manufactured, something that other reviewers have also commented on.Only had it for a few days so resilience is something I can't comment on although having owned beats headphones on few occasions previously, they almost always end up breaking in some way but to be fair, I have an extensive user, I use headphones literally every single day including to work out but I digress, so far, these headphones are excellent, the quality of sound is fantastic as usual, they look sleek and sexy and they are very comfortable on the ear even after hours of constant use.2 years 2 months on and adjustable head piece snapped, also cracked on both sides above ear pieces. Cheap plastic turned brittleI wasn't too impressed with this product, especially considering all of the hype about it. In terms of sound quality, you're just as well off with the standard earphones you get with your iPhone (plus a bit of base). It muffles the noise in your surroundings a bit, but don't expect miracles.Worst pair of headphones I've ever had. The button to start and stop I'd awkward, can't turn the noise cancelling on any more and to top it off they no longer charge after only 4 months of use. Won't ever buy beats again, waste of £230...
