Fits smaller than I expected but I still made it work. I would say size upI am 34c true to size medium. I got this in medium and it fits as expected. It is comfy and soft. It seems pretty expensive for a single lounge bra. Probably just paying for the name brand. It doesn’t even come with inserts, though it has opening where you could put them in if you had some laying around already that you would want to use.I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when I opened this bra from the bag that it was going to be too small or I was going to hate it because of the shape and the curves. It looks really small but it has a ton of stretch! It also has more of a swoop shape to it which I didn’t know if I would like but it’s well supported still. I don’t like sports bras with pads so this is definitely my type of bra. I would say it provides medium support. I do go on jogs and I wear a sauna vest so the vest helps keep everything extra supported, but if I wasn’t wearing it this bra wouldn’t work for exercising in. The straps also come out a little farther on the shoulders instead of straight back. The one thing I hated is that there’s literally 6 tags attached together inside the bra and then the two retailer tags. The tags have the little scissor mark on them so what was the point anyways? Now I’m going to cut them and leave little itchy tag tabs instead of itchy long tags, doesn’t make sense to me. I like everything about this bra except for the excessive amount of tags.Despite the "active" part of this bra's name, this is not a sports bra. The stretchy material is so thin, with minimal support, that "lounge bra" is the perfect description. This is the kind of bra I'd like to wear on a long-haul flight or when I'm working around the house. The material shows everything underneath without actually being see-through.I get decent, not great, support, but maybe only because I wear a B cup. Larger busted women may find the support wholly inadequate. It offers more support than those labeled as "bralettes" because of the stretch that helps hold things in, the way an average sports bra would. A slightly thicker material and better, wider band at the bottom would go a long way toward support. Of course, that might also sacrifice the comfort. You can insert your own cups for better coverage. This bra might be best for small-busted women and young women who can still get away with little support. In those categories, it can hold you in during moderate activity but is not enough for intense/high-impact sports. Really, it's more of a hang-out-at-home bra than something designed for active women.-- Debbie Lee WesselmannVery thin stretchy bra. There are a ton of tags though! I just cut them all out. It's not as supportive as most of my sports bras. And there is zero padding. This is more for just lounging at home. This is described as a lounge bra ... and that is accurate. It is NOT a sports bra. It is a thin piece of stretchy fabric that will cover the same areas as a bra. It does not have wires, padding, or support. I am not what I would consider large chested. However, don't think I would be comfortable wearing this too often. I would probably only wear this around the house or maybe with a loose t-shirt while running errands. With that being said, it is extremely soft and comfortable if that is what you are looking for. I have some sensory issues and this is great for that. I do just wish that it had some padding or support. This is a nice comfortable leisure bra. If you have significant boobage, it will not provide enough support for any activity other than walking. The product description says there are four removable cookies, but I don’t know what that means and don’t see any moving parts. The bra is a fairly attractive design, and the fabric feels really nice. The invasive tags in the middle of the back are awful, and I removed them after first wearing. I like that it’s not a racerback design – this is much easier to get on and off overhead. Overall, I’m happy to have this comfortable lounging bra, but I won’t wear it for workouts.
