Samsung Official 15W Fast Wireless Charger Stand (Black) - 2019 Fast Charge 2.0 Technology - Perfect for Office, Bedroom & Nightstand Charging

I initially had a hard time with the idea of paying 70 or 80 dollars for one wireless charger, but this isn't a fair comparison against most third-party models because those tend to ship without a wall adapter, expecting you to use one of your own. The wall-adapter-and-cable package included with this stand is $35 (as of this review) to buy on its own, so the real cost of the stand itself is only about half of what's on the sticker. This doesn't help you much if you already have a spare 25W+ USB-PD wall adapter laying around, but I would guess that most people don't (I didn't). (By the way, while the marketing pictures show a black wall adapter and cable, I actually received both in matching white. This is definitely a positive.)The stand has the appropriate weight and generally feels solidly built. It's a bit smaller in real life than the marketing pictures make it look; this isn't a big problem with my standard S21, but it seems like putting down and picking up a very large phone (e. g., S Ultra) could be annoying. I don't have such a phone in hand to say for certain, though.The internal fan is tuned to be VERY quiet. I have to put my ear right up next to the charger to hear it, and my room is not noisy.The stand is bulky and doesn't collapse, fold, or anything like that. This means that it doesn't really pack at all, so you'll have to get something else for travel.My only complaint is that when Samsung's marketing advertises "fan and LED light control," what this means is that you go to "Fast wireless charging" in your battery settings, and the fan and LED are on if you turn this on and off if you turn it off. This isn't what I would call "control"; I was expecting the ability to turn the LED off and on independently, or possibly even to adjust the fan tuning (e. g., accept more noise for faster charging), but you don't get anything like this.
