I got this so I could connect it to my Echo and take the news outside with me. It's been.. OK for that purpose. When I switch to music it's fine, but nothing exciting. And I've not really paid attention to the battery as I've just kept it plugged in.But then I took it to a trip with some friends, and this thing ended up playing music all weekend long! I didn't charge it once, and we had music every time we wanted it. And it sounded great! So I came back and wrote this review. Oh, and the truck on/off/connect sounds may be a bit corny, but my friends chuckled.I purchased 2 Triangle speakers in orange and grey, with the intention of pairing them in tws mode. Unfortunately, tws didn't work, either because they were from different vendors, or maybe tws only works with speakers of the same color, because now it works ok after exchanging the grey one. Still cracks and pops a bit every now and then listening to music on spotify - not when using youtube, possibly because I have spotify premium extreme bitrate. The range is average, it cuts out a bit if I walk down the hall to my kitchen.There's an obnoxious 87db startup tone, a V8 car engine starting up, and there's no way to bypass this.It is possible to connect an aux cable to these, but you have to jiggle it to get a connection because the port is a little oddly shaped, then it works fine.Overall, the speakers sound very good with 2 tweeters, 2 full range, and 2 passive radiators. And the construction seems solid, similar to fugoo speakers. The battery has lasted me around 12 hours at low to mid volume.I've only had it for a few weeks, but I couldn't be more pleased. I will keep my review short because I am not an audiophile. The sound is impressive, the battery life is long, the build quality is excellent, and it can charge your devices simultaneously. I used this one out at the pool and for BBQs. I may even buy a second to pair with it when we want to get wild.Perfect for what I want them forAt first, when I got this Soundynamic Triangle Bluetooth Portable Speaker, I thought it was not so great. But over a few days, it has become my top favorite speaker. Of course, I have many of those speakers, but this is the chief speaker for now. Here's why:(+) For its size, it manages to put out bass that will make your windows shake.(+) Initially, I did not look.
