The keyboard was fine. The mouse worked, then didn't work - the pointer kept freezing on the screen. Moving the dongle to a different USB port wasn't the answer. The distance from dongle to mouse was about a metre. Having tried the recommended 'fixes' I gave up and requested (and received) a refund from Amazon. My old MS wireless keyboard and mouse had no issues. Very disappointed.
