I bought this to place on my nightstand and also to simplify my charger situation for travel. It can charge my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in a decent amount of time, though you have to be sure to center the phone on the pad. The light indicator on the charger is a nice touch and helps to let you know if the devices are charging/fully charged. I learned on accident that this will also charge iPhones, which is even more convenient for my split Apple/Samsung household.The watch side of the charger has a magnet to keep the watch attached to the charger. It also seems to charge slightly faster than the original charger, but I haven't timed it. There is a fan inside to keep it cool, and it's definitely noticeable in a completely quiet room. But it only runs when charging, and it's easily drowned out by my partner's snoring or a white noise machine.It didn't come with a charging brick, so you'll have to provide your own.
