Communication was perfect.More over, seller issue partially refund without obligation to do so, because I did not make return ( I was late). I am very impressed with customer serviceFirst product was charging only in 1 part and has been replaced as fast as in 1 day.Unfortunately second one have an issue that in 1 part (phone charging) is charging so slow- it isn't ablate charge a phone in 7 hours.Unfortunately, it was late to send it back, but defiantly not working as expected.It is a shame because it is very convenient.
