Okay. Where to start. First off. If your thinking there an easier way other than removing the whole front bumber.... there isn't one. If you get this, here is your process. Jack the car up. Remove front wheels. Open up the front end of the wheel wells. (There are vids on the tube). There will be 2 10mm bolts slight above the headlight housing unit. That's tricky part. The wheel well doesn't like to be touched. The rest is fairly simple. Two bolts up top under the hood on the far left and right (10mm). A bunch of snap fasteners. And like 6 7mm bolts under the front of the bumper. Then the whole thing slides off and goes back on just as easy. Just make sure your skid plate lines up when reinstalling.Installing the grill overlay armor is slightly tricky. You have to remove the shiny black cross section and the dodge emblem. Grab a flat head and pry em out from the back.Now for the product review. It looks nice... I guess. From the pictures you can see on the top grill that the top corners "poke" out. Product is NOT as perfectly measured as you would think. Plus the bottom corners scraped the side trim when tightend down. I also provided pictures of the screws. I would highly recommend you hit up a hardware store and get screws that won't strip out. These ones walk a fine line of quality.The bottom grill gets all the kudos. Fit perfect, fastened down nice and sits solid. No complaints there.As a first time "I'm about to rip off my bumper" project. This took me about 6 hours. I would recommend on a side note that if your considering upgrading the halogen headlights to LED or whatever your looking for to also install those at the same time while your bumper is off. Only 4 8mm bolts hold the headlight housing unit in. 5 min install. Easy.Hope all this helps. Have fun!The grille insert is a little off and doesn’t look good up close. Far away the grille insert looks very clean and changes the look of the car. I hate that it looks terrible up close and will probably take it off when I have time to take the front bumper off again.Other than the grille not aligning correctly, the package came secure and the instructions were very clear. I’ve had it on my car for a few months now and it seems to be holding up against the weather in NJ.Absolutely awesome product that changes the look and durability of the car. To install you will need to remove the front bumper cover unless you have extremely long and skinny arms. 10mm socket, 7mm socket, Plastic Fastener puller and a flathead screwdriver. Great videos online that show how to do it but it’s essentially only 14 bolts and a dozen fasteners.As others say it is basically grille armor. Very durable and will help protect the all new cooling system I just installed!Nice
