I had both the Runner Chic and this new Runner Neo.Things I like- it's a much better fit compared to the Chic for big people like me. Sometimes the Chic has a gap between the headphone and the skin and I need to adjust the position from time to time, but the Neo almost always fit well.- I listen to podcast while running and better fitting means better sound quality. I don't listen to music or other things so I won't comment on those- its water proof rating is higher than Chic (one of the highest on the market?), due to its wireless charge design I guess.- battery life is good for long runs.- mic is Ok (at least I didn't get complaints from the other side of the phone)- the rubber band can also help with the fittingThings I don't like- the notification voice (things like "power on", "connected") appears to be always at max volume. Not sure if it can be fixed by firmware update.- I wish it's foldable (but there seems no such product yet)
