This bra does not have adjustable straps but I got a size slightly larger than I normally would for my Mom, and ended up keeping it myself. It fit perfectly, even though it was a larger size. The padding is more substantial than the sports bras I buy, since I cannot find regular bras with any padding these days. So for a very small cup size women, even though I needed a XXL to fit around my back, without feeling too tight. I have it on the 2nd set of eye hooks so I can make it bigger around if I need. If I had gotten my regular size XL it would probably fit but have been on the last set of eye hooks in back. I’m 5’7 170lbs. A-B cup, usually size 38 around.I love it! Best bra I’ve ever had. Worn it for 1 day. Very comfortable. Straps didn’t fall down.
