I think milost music teachers hit a point each semester when their voices are just shot, either from excessive use or due to illness. Colleagues recommended trying a personal amplifier, so I chose this one.It has both wired and wireless headphones, a belt clip on the amplifier, and a strap that can be worn crossbody style or around the waist. One set of headphones and the speaker are rechargeable.I really like this! With the wireless mic option, I can set the speaker on my standing desk/music stand or over on the piano and not have to wear it, which I prefer. The mic can either be worn headband style or around my neck with the mic swinging up in front of my mouth. I vary how I wear it based on my hairstyle.The speaker has a nice volume, despite its small size, and all rechargeable components last easily through roughly 6 hours of teaching each day. I just recharge overnight and I'm all set.I'm very happy with this product!
