CarlinKit 3.0 Mini Wireless CarPlay is PERFECT ??? for 2020 Kia Sportage LX. My husband just bought this vehicle over the weekend and we love ❤️ the car and love ❤️ this little wireless CarPlay device. When we were looking at the vehicle we knew that it had CarPlay and this was one of the “MUST” features we were looking for. We did not realize that this model was equipped with CarPlay but to use it you had to plug in your phone each time you get in the car. This is inconvenient and we were very disappointed. I started a search to see how we could solve this problem. I read a ton of reviews and watched ever so many YouTube videos describing various devices that could solve our problem. The reviews I read on this device were quite good and yet several folks had experienced problems getting set up but they contacted customer service and were given instructions to correct the issue. They even included instructions in their review. I saved all of these instructions and when I got ready to hook ours up I was expecting to have to do the same. Much to my surprise when I plugged in the device and followed the instructions that they included my device connected immediately and everything works well. My husband has an iPhone 13 and I have an iPhone 14pro. Both devices are connected to Bluetooth and will run using the CarlinKit 3.0. One of the features that I was looking for when researching for a wireless device was the ability to connect 2 phones. This feature was a big selling point to me. Of course only one phone works at a time but each phone is connected and it is a simple switch if I choose to drive his car. The experience has been really good but what has prompted me to write this review is the fact that the customer service reached out to me right after I received my device from Amazon and wanted to know how everything was going and if they could help in any way. I was happy to report to them that all went well with no issues. They responded thanking me for my response to them. In this day in time when it is like pulling eye teeth to get help from anyone when you have a problem their customer service truly put a smile on my face. I wanted to assure everyone who is on the fence about purchasing one of these FABOULOUS devices that I am truly sold not only on the product but on their service team also. I give this device and service team two big thumbs up! ?????
