Other reviews are negative due to the lack of documentation and the receiver enclosure not being suitable for the circuit board to attach. Noted...however, this is a very inexpensive unit that is perfect for my use (switching a well pump that is over 3/4 mile from here). The unit has a three way jumper (position 1, position 2 and jumper removed) on the receiver board. In one position the A button on the transmitter switch turns on the relay and the B button turns it off. In the other position the A turns relay on then another press of the A button turns it off. Removing the jumper altogether makes pressing the A button turn the relay on and releasing the A button turns it off. Haven't figured out the momentary push button on the receiver board yet - doesn't seem to affect anything. The only thing I have not tested yet is its range. If it will get down the way 1 mile then we're good to go. The receiver (and the transmitter as well) can easily be refitted with external antennae that will provide a dipole ground plane for added range. Anyone with just a little R.F. knowledge can slam one of these together in 30 minutes. I am currently using other previous versions (that the vendor no longer offers) of this same circuit and they operate perfectly at the distance I require, so I have no reason to think this one won't as well.For 15 bucks...(so far) this little guy has my upvote. Will make 5 star review if it performs at-range.
