My husband walks a mile to work and likes to listen to music...ALOT of music! he was using JLAB earbuds for a while and then stated he needed new ones after holding out for so long. I got him these and his words are "they are great with BASS but definitely suck with phonecalls" and when i asked him to elabortte he mostly ment that you cant even touch the outside of the earbud before it hangs up on the personlol i told him "then dont touch the ear bud" and they he went on about how hes not purposly touching them, just readjusting them to his ear. So i think his only complaints are that maybe they are falling out of his ear and or loosening. Also that they are touchy on the outside when your readjusting them. Otherwise he said the sound is great and it is great with the bass and he enjoys them very much.
