These are comfortable ear pads, and have a cool feeling when first I put them on my head. They get warmed up after a while, so don't expect them to have an air conditioning effect. Installation was straight forward, the old ones snap off and these snap right back on. There is a plastic tool included to help with the process. Pay attention to position, there are a right and left side.
