This Jabra headset is a very neat little device. By far the best feature is that it can hook up to your office phone AND your computer. So if your office uses MS Communicator or MS Lync (or Skype or any other computer-based calling service) this headset will be compatible. And at the same time, it replaces your desk phone's handset.The sound quality of this headset is actually better than my phone's handset. It has great range as well. I work in a very large office and I have never dropped out of range, even when 200+ feet away from my desk with several walls in between. I even keep my signal when on a different floor!The base unit has a neat little touchscreen display, and it includes a walk-through on how to setup your device as well as tune in the microphone.
