Revised Review: Purchased these due to the claim of "Premium Cells from Japan" and the fact that the office was in California. The company name "Wasabi Power" also suggest Japanese manufacturer. After receiving the items I found that they are all made in China. After informing the seller that I wanted to return the items due to the manufacturing discrepancy between the ad picture and the reality. The seller informed me that they are in the process of changing their marketing materials because the cells are from Japan, Korea or Vietnam, but the manufacturing is done in China. Since the items themselves appear to be decent quality and the seller put this in context, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars.
