I brought this unit for a client and it worked when I received it. Now when I about to install it the unit only goes up and then down an inch and gets stuck. After trying for 15mins it goes down and works for a certain amount of time and then doesn't work again. It randomly works, I don't know if I got a bad one but this thing would be amazing if it works. And of course I missed my window for the replacement by 11 days. I'd give it 5 stars if I got one that actually worked.7/5/2023- Company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. so far the unit is working well, I am changing my review and appreciate that the company cares about their clients.
