Install instructions are terrible, the install video is for a different car and misses key steps, tech support only responds in their time zone (china) and only for a short window, they asked the same question over and over.The device is supposed to allow you to swap between the native sound system in your car (radio, etc) and then carplay and back again, this device doesnt allow you to swap back, all the buttons become inoperative.Its far too expensive for this level of shenanigans.
