So the first unit I received did not work at charging my phone with a known good battery and USB cable..I tried this on day one after getting this unit.. immediately contacted supplier about the problem and they sent out a replacement that worked fine.. I am very pleased with the product but even more pleased by the sellers response to address things.i still have to print out return label and send defective unit back .Thanks again..
