The connectors seem to be backwards from what they are supposed to be. The male end is threaded and the female end has the screw-on collar, and every other cable seems to have that reversed, with a threaded female end and a collared male end. I tried searching for an adapter and they all seem to be backwards from what this cable has. I wasn't able to use it.
