Previous page Next page Previous page Next page Previous page Next page There is no problem with the connection, but there is no sound. How can we solve it? Clicking the pause button on the BR18 transmitter or clicking twice can solve and improve this issue. Why is it difficult to pair with Bluetooth headphones? The BR18 transmitter can only connect to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Before use, you can try to reset the BR18 transmitter and then re-pair it with the Bluetooth device you want to connect. How to reset the BR18 transmitter? In the off state, press and hold the mode button for 8 seconds. The white indicator light turns on to indicate that the factory settings have been restored successfully. Is the BR18 transmitter suitable for live music? The BR18 transmitter is not suitable for live music, instruments or karaoke. We do not recommend using it for electronic pianos or guitars that require 2.4G transmission for audio synchronization. What is the latency effect when connecting two Bluetooth headsets at the same time? If you connect two noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones at the same time, make sure you use them in an area with weak Bluetooth signals around you, otherwise the latency will be high due to signal interference. How to solve compatibility issues? The BR18 Bluetooth transmitter can adapt to most Bluetooth devices, such as: airpods; HUAWEI FreeBuds 2; JBL free; Sony WH-CH50 and other models. Please check whether your device has Bluetooth 5.3 function, and then follow the instructions we provide to connect and pair. (If you are uncertain about the compatibility, please feel free to reach out for assistance or support)

These worked as advertised, but setup isn’t intuitive (or wasn’t for me at least). I did need to read the instructions to set up the device, which worked as advertised. I used them on a couple of long haul flights and they worked great - It was really nice to use my AirPods with the in-flight entertainment system. I later used them in my jeep to connect my phone and listen to music. Unfortunately, I had to really crank the volume up and when I turned the vehicle off and back on, the system defaulted to the radio and blew my speakers…So, that was sad and expensive. Not the fault of the product, hence the 5 stars, but a cautionary tale for others who may want to use in the same fashion.
