This charger works great. Replaced a failed Minolta charger for the NP-400 battery.The charger base has the charger components for 8.4 volts. It has a separate ( and I would assume - interchangeable ) battery specific holder that unlocks from this base. I expect the same base charger unit is sold with different battery specific holders as different products. I didn't see any that had more than one holder included in the package - but for the cost you probably would want to have a charger specific to your model camera ( or battery ) anyhow.Worked great. Back up taking pictures.
