My iphone connected to my car USB/Carplay via lightning cable just wouldn't stay connected, any bump in the road and i was cut off. So I looked into a wireless bridge. Reviews were sketchy all over the internet. But this product had few reviews but good ones, so I tried it. I worried this would be buggy, hard to set-up, and wondered if it would be slow with lag/latency. I worried that I'd have hassles needing to pair it each car drive, and I wondered if it would work if I also plugged in my phone on long trips just for the charge. Don't worry. Buy this. It works exactly as it should. I have a 2017 Audi A4 and an iphone 12 with ios 17.5.1. Set up was a breeze (but follow the directions!). After initial set-up, just get in your car and it works automatically, just a few seconds to connect and it's there. It never drops. There is no latency or delay. After pairing wirelessly, I'm able to plug my lightning cable into another USB port for charging/power without interrupting the wireless connection. It's perfect. When I exit my Audi, the adapter stays lit for a couple of minutes and your car warns you, "your cellphone is still connected" but just leave, it all powers down and off quickly. I'm totally delighted. It's small, durable, solid, and seems a perfect solution.
